Shipping Methods

We use PUDO Locker to Locker or Door to Door services for all deliveries. Orders are packed in secure PUDO boxes or freezer boxes for the Bone Broths to ensure product integrity.

Locker to Locker: Collect from a designated PUDO locker.

Door to Door: Delivered directly to your specified address (no PO Boxes accepted).
Deliveries are available within South Africa, focusing on major areas such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and other key cities. For outlying or remote areas, additional surcharges may apply—contact us for details.

Delivery Costs

Standard shipping starts from R90.00.

Free shipping on orders over R850.00.

For outlying or remote areas: R125.00 base fee, plus potential surcharges.

All prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Timelines

Major Areas: 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Outlying/Remote Areas: Up to 5 working days from dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 - 10 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order treats may require additional time for preparation to ensure freshness.

Delays may occur due to stock availability, courier issues, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather). We will notify you of any significant delays.

Order Processing and Tracking​

Orders are binding upon our acceptance and payment processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

Track your order via the PUDO website or app using the provided tracking number.

Deliveries occur during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00). If no one is available for home delivery, a second attempt may be made, alternatively the package will be returned to Round of Apaws and a delivery fee will be charged again.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with us until full payment.

Stock Availability and Unavailable Items

Our products are often made to order to remain true to our roots by delivering the freshest possible product, so stock is limited.

Temporarily Unavailable: We will notify you with an estimated delay. Options include waiting, accepting an alternative, or receiving a refund/credit (excluding delivery fees if part of a mixed order).

Permanently Unavailable/Discontinued: Notification provided; options include an alternative or full refund/credit.

If an item affects the entire order, we may hold dispatch until resolved.

Late Delivery and Cancellations

Under the ECT Act, if delivery is not made within the agreed period (considering our published timelines), you may cancel the order with 7 days' notice.

To cancel, email us at info@roundofapaws.net. Refunds will be processed per our policy, provided items are returned unopened and in original condition (if applicable).

We are not liable for indirect losses from delays.
