Round of Apaws ("the Website" or "we" or "us") is an online platform operated by Round of Apaws, a South African-based business specialising in healthy, natural pet treats made from human-grade ingredients, as well as related pet products and services such as dog training, pet laundry, and pet sitting in Johannesburg. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered account holders, and purchasers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Our products include freshly made-to-order pet treats and other pet-related items. Stock availability is limited, and prices, descriptions, and offers are subject to change without notice. We aim to provide accurate information, but errors may occur. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
Products are intended for pet consumption only and should be used as directed. We are not liable for misuse.
Ordering and Purchases
Orders are placed via the Website and constitute an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only upon our acceptance, typically via order confirmation email and successful payment processing.
You must provide accurate delivery and payment details. We are not responsible for errors in orders due to incorrect information provided by you.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payments are processed securely, and we do not store sensitive card details.
For card payments, ensure sufficient funds are available; orders may be cancelled if authorisation fails. For EFT, use your order number as reference and provide proof of payment. Orders are processed only after funds clear (up to 48 hours).
No delivery occurs until full payment is received.

Delivery and Shipping
​
We ship via PUDO Locker to Locker or Door to Door services. Standard shipping starts from R90.00, with free shipping on orders over R850.00. Orders are packed in PUDO boxes and the frozen bone broth in secure cooler boxes.
Deliveries occur during business hours to the specified address (no PO Boxes). If no one is available, a second attempt may be made, alternatively your parcel will be returned to Round of Apaws and a delivery fee will need to paid again. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as courier issues or force majeure events.
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods remains with us until full payment.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

As our treats are made to order for freshness, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you or your pet are unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery with details.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

Return items at our expense for inspection.

We may offer a refund, replacement, or credit.
No returns for products that have been opened, used, misused, or altered. Refunds are processed within 14 days, minus any transaction fees (e.g., 2%). We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, except as required by law (e.g., under the CPA). We do not warrant that products will meet specific requirements, be free from defects, or suit every pet.

Limitation of Liability

Use of the Website and products is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Round of Apaws and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
